General Provisions and Definitions

These terms and conditions apply to the bijlibet.cam website and all services under it. "bijli", "we", or "platform" refers to the entity operating bijlibet.cam. "User" or "you" refers to any person who has registered on this platform or is using its services.

By accessing bijlibet.cam or creating an account, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using bijli's services.

1.1 — Scope of Application

These terms apply equally to all activities on bijli's website, mobile applications (Android and iOS), and all its services including sports betting, casino games, slots, live casino, and virtual sports.

1.2 — Language and Interpretation

These terms may be available in both Bangla and English. In the event of any conflict between the two versions, the Bangla version will apply for Bangladeshi users.

Account Eligibility and Registration

2.1 — Age Requirement

All bijli services are available only to individuals aged 21 or above. It is strictly prohibited for minors to open an account or use the service. bijli reserves the right to verify age at any time and may request a national identity card or other documents as needed.

2.2 — One Account Policy

Each individual may only create one account. If a person is found to hold multiple accounts, bijli reserves the right to close those accounts at any time and forfeit any balances held in them.

2.3 — Registration Information

All information provided during account registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Accounts created with false information will be cancelled and deposited funds may not be refunded. Please read our Privacy Policy to learn how personal information is used.

2.4 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to bijli's support team immediately.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 — Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at bijli is ৳500. Deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Funds deposited into an account should be in the name of the registered account holder only. Deposits made through third parties are not accepted.

3.2 — Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Withdrawal methods are also bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.

3.3 — Verification Requirements

bijli reserves the right to verify identity before processing a withdrawal. If the required documents are not submitted on time, the withdrawal process may be put on hold.

3.4 — Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears suspicious or falls under anti-money laundering policy, bijli may investigate and temporarily suspend that transaction.

3.5 — Currency

All transactions on bijli are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Bonus and Promotion Terms

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus is available on the first deposit at bijli, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To receive this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳3,000, and the wager requirement will be ৳2,000 × 10 = ৳20,000.

4.2 — General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds are not direct cash and cannot be withdrawn before the specified wager requirement is met.
• Each promotion has its own validity period; if the conditions are not met within that period, the bonus will be cancelled.
• The same individual or household cannot claim the benefit of a promotion more than once.
• bijli reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

4.3 — Other Promotions

bijli runs several other promotions including bijli Weekly Charge, bijli Friday Dhamaka, Cricket bijli Special, bijli Birthday Gift, and Refer a Friend Win with bijli. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms. As a general condition, the minimum deposit for each promotion is ৳500.

4.4 — Bonus Abuse

If a user creates an account with the intent to exploit bonus benefits, or manipulates the bonus system, bijli may close that account and cancel any applicable bonuses.

Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 — Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. The user is responsible for verifying all bet details before confirmation.

5.2 — Odds Changes

If odds change after a bet has been placed, the odds at the time of confirmation will remain unchanged, unless a specific technical error is identified.

5.3 — Incorrect Odds or Game Errors

If incorrect odds or game results appear due to a technical error, bijli reserves the right to cancel the affected bets and refund the staked amount. No compensation will be given for losses arising from such errors.

5.4 — Event Cancellation

If a sports event is cancelled or postponed, the staked amount will be refunded or the bet will be declared void in accordance with the applicable policy.

5.5 — Maximum Payout

bijli reserves the right to set a maximum payout limit on single or multiple bets. If a user's payout exceeds this limit within a given period, the excess amount may not be paid out.

5.6 — VIP Cashback

bijli's VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers cashback at a set rate on weekly net losses. Example for a Gold member: a weekly net loss of ৳20,000 gives ৳20,000 × 0.8% = ৳160 cashback.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bijli's platform:

• Account creation or use of services by minors (under 21 years of age).
• Operating multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of a third party.
• Using any software, bots, or automated methods to operate an account.
• Participating in match fixing or event manipulation.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting unauthorised access to bijli's systems or databases.
• Dishonest use of bonus benefits or attempting to defraud the system.

If any of the above activities are found, the relevant account will be permanently closed and all balances may be forfeited.

Responsible Gaming Commitment

bijli believes that betting and gaming is a form of entertainment and should never cause financial problems. bijli provides users with various tools to help manage their betting habits, including deposit limits, temporary account breaks, and self-exclusion.

7.1 — Setting Limits

Users can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately; a waiting period applies when increasing a limit.

7.2 — Self-Exclusion

If a user requests self-exclusion, bijli will block access to that account for the specified period. The account cannot be reactivated during the self-exclusion period.

Privacy and Data Protection

bijli places the highest priority on protecting users' personal information. The platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure. Personal information is not sold or transferred to third parties, although information may need to be provided to authorities where required by law.

8.2 — Information Verification

bijli may request additional documents to verify a user's identity and address when needed. Some services may be restricted until the verification process is complete.

Technical Matters and Service Interruptions

9.1 — Service Continuity

bijli always tries to provide uninterrupted service. However, bijli is not liable for temporary service interruptions due to maintenance, technical errors, or other reasons. Any bets in progress at the time will be settled in accordance with bijli's discretionary policy.

9.2 — Third-Party Services

bijli uses third-party game providers and software. bijli is not directly liable for any issues with these third-party services, but will assist in resolving them.

9.3 — Internet Connection

The user is solely responsible for the internet connection required to use bijli. bijli will not compensate for any bet information lost due to a connection failure.

Account Closure and Restrictions

10.1 — Closure by the User

Any user may close their account by contacting bijli's support team. Before closure, all active bets must be settled, and any withdrawable balance may be withdrawn.

10.2 — Closure by bijli

bijli reserves the right to close an account without prior notice in the event of a breach of terms. In such cases, bonus-related balances may be forfeited, but the original deposited amount will be returned under reasonable circumstances.

10.3 — Inactive Accounts

An account may be marked as inactive if there has been no login or transaction for an extended period. bijli may provide detailed terms regarding the retention of balances in inactive accounts.

Limitation of Liability and Dispute Resolution

11.1 — Scope of Liability

bijli is not liable for losses caused by technical errors, third-party service interruptions, or issues with the user's own equipment. bijli's total liability will never exceed the actual deposit amount made by the user in relation to the event in question.

11.2 — Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises between bijli and a user, the user must first attempt to resolve it by contacting bijli's support team. bijli provides 24/7 support via live chat and email in both Bangla and English.

11.3 — Applicable Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.

Terms Changes and Updates

bijli reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For important changes, an effort will be made to notify users in advance via their registered email or a notice on the platform. However, continued use of the service after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
